Ciana is short for ‘Poinciana’ – the distinctive, orange and red flowering tree species that inhabits the north-east garden of our residential complex. Residents have the option of 2 onsite gym facilities, both offering top of the range training equipment. All residents have exclusive access to Ciana’s private gym space included in their residency at no additional cost. Recently updated, this facility offers a weight station, multipurpose training equipment, treadmills, bicycles and yoga props.

Space is a luxury and one we are grateful to have plenty of!

Cookie cutters are great for baking, but when choosing a place to call home, we prefer something with character and warmth. Buying or renting from an established building has more perks than one would think. A large one being the luxury of SPACE that modern, new-builds don’t typically seem to value the same. Not only does each apartment have a huge, private outdoor patio, but the distance between units is generous and in some sections of the complex are only 4 apartments on the same floor.
