Ciana is 7km outside of downtown Brisbane in the riverside suburb of Indooroopilly. Within the secure complex residents enjoy large common areas, outdoor BBQ and abundant gardens.

Ciana has a total of 134 residential apartments dispersed throughout 6 buildings with plenty of space in between individual units.

Though a large complex, the number of residents per building is quite low, with most buildings have 6 or less units per floor. Each building has its own lobby area and elevator so residents don’t get stuck waiting and can efficiently move about their day.

Space is a recurring theme throughout Ciana as our well-designed apartments are, on average, a generous 120 sqm (internal and external) with most apartments having at least 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms complete with a walk in-robe in the master, and a study or storage area. This is approximately 30 sqm larger than many newer apartments.
